Online Personal Training
1 on 1 online personal training provides clients with a personalized workout plan through a video based workout app. Unlike most workout plans, this includes videos demonstrating how to perform exercises, including the amount of reps, sets, and rest periods. Online training is a convenient method for those who need an individualized plan to workout on their own. Workout plans are updated on a monthly basis. All clients have 24/7 access to me and will receive monthly calls regarding their workout plan.
Nutrition Coaching
1 on 1 nutrition coaching teaches clients how to make more informed and healthy dietery choices pertaining to their specific fitness goals. Clients learn everything from how to track their food, what to eat, and how much food they should be consuming on a daily basis to maximize results. Clients are also given grocery shopping lists and sample meal plans. In addition to nutrition guidance, I hold client's accountable to many other lifestyle factors that could be slowing down their progress. All clients have 24/7 access to me and will receive weekly or monthly calls regarding their nutrition plan.
In Person Personal Training
1 on 1 personal training provides in person exercise instruction, motivation, and the highest level of accountability. Each session client's are trained on a customized plan I personally developed to maximize their fitness goals. In person training ensures all clients push themselves to their full potential and reduces their overall risk of injury. Whether you struggle with motivation to get to the gym, unsure of your form, or you're not comfortable working out alone, 1 on 1 in person training is for you.
