A little over a year ago I got the word that the department I was working for will be sending me to the Police Academy; I knew at the time what the bare minimum entry requirement was for the physical assessment, but I wanted to be more than ready. I explained to Jesse what my situation was and then we got started--every time I came in for training, Jesse had the whole session planned out, with each day being completely different than the previous one. Most of the training sessions we conducted at the gym, but there were days when Jesse went out of his way to drive over and meet me at a football field so that we could go through the whole physical assessment the exact way that new recruits are tested at the Police Academy. Over a few weeks after we started I definitely noticed an improvement in my body, and when the time came for me to start the Academy I was more than ready. Hiring Jesse was a good investment considering I completed the Academy with no issues, and I'm now working my dream job in one of the best police departments in New Jersey.

I really appreciated the training sessions with Jesse from the very beginning to the very end. The motivation Jesse gave me to work on myself and do it for myself was amazing! For me, starting at the gym was the scariest thing I could have ever done. More so, it was totally out of my comfort zone because I felt working out on a one-on-one basis was definitely a very vulnerable thing for me to do. I judged it way too hard at first, but Jesse made me feel super comfortable and always pushed me. From the first session, where I was falling on my face from doing a single push-up (literally), to my last session, where I was able to carry my body weight and keep going up in self-confidence, it was a world I never knew existed.
My overall mental and physical health improved as time went by. I would always look forward to working out with Jesse and get excited to know what we would be working on for the next time. It was easier for me to wake up in the morning because I felt better in my own skin; my mood became a whole lot brighter; and lastly, I started to stop having self-doubt because I knew I could do it, and you helped push that fear away by showing me that I could do anything I set my mind to! I started my journey weighing in at 192 and dropped down to 163 within 5–6 months.
The attentiveness you had was scary because if Jesse saw something right away, Jesse would show the correct way of doing whatever it was that had to be done correctly. One of my favorite things was that Jesse was open to pretty much anything that I was available for and that you could fit it into your busy schedule, and that helped a ton! Another would be the help of providing balanced meal ideas and how to eat properly for someone who had been struggling in the past and used food for comfort instead of fueling for nutritional reasons. Trying to get those results I longed for, if I had any questions about anything, I would shoot you a message, and right away you would help out! I’ve learned so much, and I couldn’t ask for anyone better to train me, and I thank you for that always!!

I have trained with mulitple trainers in my life and Jess is by far the best. Jess has helped me gain strength in my upper and lower body. As a breast cancer survivor, I had to take lots of medication that lead to inflammation in my arm. Jess has incorporated workouts no trainer has ever done for me that actually help. He also made my life easier when walking up stairs since I live on the 3rd floor. My knees are in much better shape and I am not winded as I used to be. I highly recommend Jess for anyone with pre-existing injuries as he knows what workouts will help in real life.

I have had multiple personal trainers in my life and Jesse is by far the best and most on point with his workout program, motivation and advice. I have been training with Jesse for 3 years now and his consistency as a trainer has made an incredible impact on my life. Jesse has yet to call out and is always keeping me accountable to continue with the gym. I initially feared working out alone due to the risk of getting injured with improper form. Jesse is watching every set to ensure the workout is done correctly, while still pushing me to my limits. I was able to get abs, lose fat and build a lot of muscle with Jesse's training program. To start my experience with Jesse was excellent. Jesse always makes sure his client feels comfortable, he instructs you so you can get the maximum benefit from the training, he cares about teaching you the correct techniques and thus avoiding any injury. Since beginning the training in November 2022, I have experienced an interest in the gym that I’ve never had in my life. I am enjoying the way the exercise is making my body feel and look forward to developing more strength and discipline from here on out. Jesse is an excellent trainer. He always pushed me to do my best and was flexible in moving around my training or adjusting for my limitations. Although I have moved on to the online training, he still makes time for me if I need anything. He has given me good advice on how to keep good food intake. I strive to follow that advice, even if I fall short sometimes. I’m grateful to have started this program and look forward to continuing my efforts to become a healthier me. When I started training with Jesse, I wanted to feel stronger and lose weight while gaining muscle, and today I’ve never felt stronger; the workout reflects how I’ve gone up in weight for each exercise.

I am currently taking aerial silk classes and I wanted to improve my upper body strength to hold myself as as dismount with better control. The obstacle was that I was also seeing a physical therapist because my I have a body brain disconnect (the brain does not register a muscles existing so I dont use it). I also work with a physical therapist and Jesse was more than happy to accommodate any orders the Physical Therapist assigned me. There were weeks where the Physical Therapist said I was not to train my quads. So we focused on hamstrings and calves.
Fast forward to present day, I have improved in strength immensely. I have been lifting heavier each time and to top it off, I can feel every muscle now. Jesse has contributed so much to my progress. My goal is to be able to do unassisted pull ups and I am looking forward to it.

Jesse was my very first trainer, at that time I was brand new to the gym scene and had no idea how to use machines or how to do a proper workout. Jesse not only showed me how to do those things but also pushed me to new limits I didn’t even know I was capable of and still inspires me with workouts meal preps and pushing myself back then my job wasn’t all that great and it was a bit too much for me to continue and honestly if I wasn’t so far away I would still have him because not only is he a great trainer but also an awesome friend I would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking to get in shape or prep.
